How to Submit Tickets with the Mobile App

Step 1: Download the Bridgehead IT Mobile App

When you first open the app it will ask you to fill out your profile. This should include your name, email address, and phone number. Click “get started” and fill out the information:

Step 2: Fill out your profile information

Enter your name, phone number, and email that you would like to communicate about the ticket through.

Step 3: Describe your technical issue

Try to include as much information as possible. You can also attach images or screenshots to the ticket directly from your phone.

Example:

NOT:  “Call me, I have an IT Problem”

YES:  “I am unable to access the Xyz.com website. When I do so, it is failing and gives me an error “Access is denied error 42”. I need to be able to download a PDF of my April 1st Paystub. I can be best reached on my cell at 555.555.1234. My computer’s name is ABC-123.”

How to Submit Tickets via Email

You may send a summary of your problem to our support email address. For the quickest service and best results, please make sure to include the following information in your e-mail:

  1. A brief summary of the problem. Include screenshots if possible.
  2. A good time and phone number where you can be reached.
  3. Your location.

If the problem is an emergency, you may include the word “Emergency” in the subject of the email. Our dispatch and triage team will get this in the hands of a qualified technician and work will begin right away.

How to Submit Tickets via Phone

Sometimes it is just easier to pick up the phone and talk to someone. You can reach Bridgehead I.T. support by calling (210)477-7900. Please be sure to have all the information you will need to submit a ticket ready, including:

  1. A brief summary of the problem. Include screenshots if possible.
  2. A good time and phone number where you can be reached.
  3. Your location.

How to Submit Tickets via Web Portal

The web portal has a form where you can log in and enter a service request. The web portal will show you all of your service requests, and the real-time status of each ticket. The web portal will show all service notes of not only service tickets in progress, but also ones that have been closed out.
