As the co-founder of Bridgehead IT Inc., Wes Bunch has nearly 25 years of experience in IT Service delivery. His background includes business analysis, process assessment, change management, operational improvement, Infrastructure Support, and project management. Wes also has a soft spot for Cisco Internet working and RF engineering. Wes focuses on leading Bridgehead IT’s large-scale ITSM implementations, R&D, strategic and technical alliances, and sales and marketing outreach. In 2022, Wes was awarded with a special leadership award by the San Antonio Express News honoring Bridgehead IT as a Top Place to Work.
Chris Brandvik is a founding partner and co-owner of Bridgehead IT. He brings more than 23 years of technical and leadership experience working with national and international organizations. As Chief Operations Officer Chris helps deliver a vast array of leading-edge IT Solutions to new and existing customers by guiding multiple departments within Bridgehead IT. Furthermore, his reputation of seamlessly integrating and leading large-scale projects on-time and on-budget has helped solidify Bridgehead IT as a premier IT service provider and business consultation firm in the technology space.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Gary Beadle is a Texas native, and has lived in San Antonio since 1992. He has over 25 years of industry experience, including software development and IT management. Gary loves getting to know his clients. He’s passionate about understanding clients’ businesses and creating customized solutions to solve business challenges. Gary is married with four children and enjoys spending time outdoors, training for marathons, and playing basketball and golf.
William Shelby started with Bridgehead IT in 2006 as a Systems Administrator and has 23 years of experience in the IT industry. He transitioned from the fire department and emergency medical services field in 1999, bringing with him the ability to work through critical situations while under pressure. During his tenure with Bridgehead IT he has worked in many previous roles ranging from Systems/Network Engineer, Systems Operations Director, and project management.
David Van Ronk

David started his IT career working in application and database development using leading web technologies. He brings extensive experience in consulting for application, server, and storage implementations. David holds various certifications for data center design and disaster recovery solutions. His goal is to support, design, architect, and execute an ideal solution that meets both current and future needs.

Julia Kester was, born and raised in San Antonio. With a lifelong private education under her belt, beginning at St. Peters Prince of the Apostles, continuing with high school at Antonian College Preparatory for High School, and University of the Incarnate Word in collegiate years. Julia has served as the analyst for Procurement and IT Vendor Management with Bridgehead IT for over 8 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and volunteering for the Make a Wish Foundation.

James is a Texas native that has been working in IT for almost two decades. He joined the Bridgehead team in 2009 and is passionate about delivering the best quality service in the industry. James brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise related to licensing requirements, software license audits and inquiries. He enjoys sharing his expertise and developing the skills of his teammates. James enjoys the family culture at Bridgehead IT and takes pride in being part of a team that consistently achieves exceptional results. When he isn’t working, James enjoys traveling.
DIRECTOR OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND CABLING OPERATIONS
Gilbert was in the first graduating class of Texas A&M San Antonio, earning his bachelor of applied science with a concentration on Computer Information Systems. He has over a decade of experience designing, installing, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure, including cabling design, cable management, and security monitoring solutions. Gilbert joined Bridgehead IT in 2018 and earned his BICSI RCDD certification in 2022, adding even more diverse expertise to Bridgehead IT.
INTAKE & ANALYTICS
Nathan grew up in Corpus Christi, TX where he enjoyed playing baseball and soccer. Nathan joined Bridgehead IT in 2012 after earning his Bachelor’s in Chemistry from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and his MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Nathan loves the family culture of Bridgehead IT and looks forward to work each day because he knows how he can leverage his role in a way that makes a real difference in our client’s organization. When he is not at work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their English Bulldog Lola.

Lauren has nearly 2 decades of marketing and design experience. She has a contagious laugh and is passionate about branding, design, and digital communications. Her fastidious work ethic and drive for excellence have resulted in the cultivation of successful marketing strategies, written content, superior design and branding materials in a variety of mediums. Additionally, Lauren is a devoted mother and artist.
